There are two ways to view the cost of documents before making a purchase.
You may view the price list for all Title Documents by clicking on the user profile icon on the top right of the page. Select Price List from the drop down menu.

The Price List will be shown in a pop-up window. Here you will be able to see the cost of all the documents available in each state. Click on the drop down menu on the top right of the window to filter the list by state.

You will also be able to see the Cache Period for each document. A Cache Period is the timeframe in which you will be able to access and re-download your purchased documents without additional charges.
The cost of a Title Document is also shown when you review your order.
After you have completed a Title Search , click on the Review Order button at the bottom of the Search Summary .

You will then be able to review your order details, including the cost of each item and the total amount you would have to pay to complete your purchase.
