Merge Fields
Merge Fields are crucial to personalising your templates. They are sections of text inside triple brackets (e.g., {{{contact.firstName}}}) that automatically pull in specific data from your contact's profile or your user profile.
Merge Fields allow RiTA to automatically pre-populate details like a contact's first name, email address, or your company's name into a message.
Template Access
If a user can't see a template, the first thing to check is whether they are included in the Available for Use By setting. There are two levels of template access:
