If you are unable to access a template in RiTA, the issue is typically related to template access settings or the template selection error. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue.
Note: You may need admin access to work through some of these steps if you are trying to edit a template that you did not create.
Check your template access settings
All the templates you have access are listed on click on Action Templates page. If you are unable to find the template you need after searching and and updating the filters, it could be because you do not have permission to access the template. Contact your RiTA account administrator or the template creator and ask them to give you access.

Ensure the template is set for the correct topics
For a template to be available, it has to be correctly associated with the topic you are working on. To check and edit the topic restrictions in a template:
Verify template content communication channels
Finally, ensure that you have selected and enabled the correct communication channel type for the template.
On the Edit Template page, scroll down to the Template Content section and check if you have ticked the correct checkboxes.
Remember to click the blue Save button at the bottom of the page if you make any changes.
