Reach out to our RiTA Support Team so that we can escalate this to the relevant team who can set this up for you. Please ensure to provide the following details mentioned below:

The name of the template and a screenshot of the template/conversation with a contact where the template was used so that the team’s reference.

The new text that they want updated.

The below provides an advice on what to do if you are getting a technical error when editing the template or you would like our team to update the template on your behalf:

If there is an issue/error and needs support with updating template please check the error message first and then follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Use RiTA on a different browser.

Clear the cache.

If the error/issue still persists, please screenshot the error, confirm the template you are editing and sent through a copy of the text that you want it updated to.
