What contact details can I edit?
Edit details such as:
- Name
- Number
- Salutation
- Mobile
- Contact Permission Eg. (Call, SMS, Email consent)
- Contact Categories. (Directly connected to your CRM) .
These updates push directly back to your CRM, Updates can take up to 12-24hrs.
Note: If your CRM has Limitations you may not be able to edit all fields. You will see this message Below:
The fields not able to be edited, will be greyed out and uneditable. You will need to edit them in your CRM and RITA can then pull them over.
How to edit contact details from a "Follow up":
Editing contact details from a follow-up is easy and convenient in RiTA mobile. Especially for Data Update Follow-ups.
Head into the Inbox section of RiTA mobile & Click on your chosen Follow Up
Choose the Action Button & Click view Contact details
Then, click on the Action button & Edit contact.
You are now in the Edit contact screen.
Simply update any fields you wish to change & then click on the Save button.
Then you're all done with no need for double handling, these changes will pushed back to your CRM in 12-24 hrs.
How to edit Contact Details from Contact Search:
On the home screen click on the Contact Search button & Search for your contact:
Click on Action & then Edit contact.
You are now in the Edit contact screen.
Simply update any fields you wish to change & then click on the Save button.
Then you're all done with no need for double handling, these changes will pushed back to your CRM in 12-24 hrs.
How to edit contact details from a SMS or Call list:
Navigate to the List page and Select your Call or SMS List
Click on the Action button then View contact.
You are now in the Edit contact screen.
Simply update any fields you wish to change & then click on the Save button.
Then you're all done with no need for double handling, these changes will pushed back to your CRM in 12-24 hrs.
