Once automated ads have been enabled, each listing pushed to Plezzel as active/current (or sold if using the Just Sold ads) will generate an ad order. It is up to you to submit a recall if you do not wish to have an ad for a certain listing.
Recall: a block for any property that you do not want an automated social ad to be created for.
Submitting a Recall
NOTE: this recall must be submitted before the listing is pushed as active/current.
- Log into your Plezzel Platform
- Hover over the Properties Tab and select Social Ad Recalls
- Enter the address, select the product you do not want (or all of them)
- Click confirm
It is very important the Property Address and optionally the Property Portal ID are correct, as any mistakes will cause the Plezzel platform to automatically create the ad order if it does not match what is pushed through from your CRM.
Deleting a Recall
There is an option to remove a listing from the recall list. This will only generate an ad order if the listing has yet to be pushed through to Plezzel.
- Log into your Plezzel Platform
- Hover over the Properties Tab and select Social Ad Recalls
- Below the form to add a new listing, there is a list of previously submitted recalls
- Click the delete option to the right
