In addition to creating lists based on specific criteria, you can also create lists based on alerts for just listed and just sold properties.
Follow the below steps to do the same:

Click on desired alert.

You can customize the filters applied to your search by utilizing the filter drop-downs located below the search bar. To view and modify all filters at once, click on "All Filters."

Recommend filters for Alerts Include:

Property Radius – This will adjust the area around the property you would like to pull contacts from (Default is 1km).

Property Type. This will set what Property types you want to include in your list.

Any other Filters which are relevant to you. Click “All Filters” to see the filters available.

When you click on the "Create List" button, you can choose between a Call List or SMS List. The buttons will display the number of contacts available through the chosen channel out of the total number of selected contacts. If the SMS List Section is not available please ask your RiTA Admin for permission. Click here to learn how to access SMS Functionality.

After selecting the Channel you will be prompted to select an SMS template (if selecting SMS List) and prompted to adjust the List settings.

You can create these lists, just like any other. After creating your list, it will be visible on your list page.

You can mark the list as 'completed' and edit the settings from there.

You have options to skip a contact, add note or send an SMS.
