Screen Overview
The Account screen will allow you update the Notifications Settings, Get Help, Give Feedback, Switch Accounts, and Log Out.
Notification Settings
Clicking on Notification Settings will take you to a separate screen with the options for Inbox, Lists, and Alerts. All of which have different selections, subject to device permissions to send push notifications.
Get Help
This will open an email (using the default Mail app)

Switch Account
Clicking on Switch Account will take you to a new screen.
This screen will have two states:

When you are a part of multiple accounts (more than 1)

When you are only a part of a single account
Log out
Clicking this will launch a pop-up to either Cancel or Log Out of the application.

Clicking Cancel will take you back to the Account Screen.

Clicking Log Out will take you back to the Log In screen.
