- Use a different browser: If clearing cookies and cache doesn’t resolve the issue, try logging on a different browser (such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox) to determine if the issue is specific to your primary browser.

Error 1: "User (email address) not set up in RiTA"
This error occurs when the email address you are using to log in does not match the email address listed on your RiTA account.

In this case, reach out to your account administrator to verify the email address that is assigned to your user profile. If your email address has changed, your account administrator should be able to update your email address accordingly.
Error 2: "Oh no! Something went wrong"
This error usually appears when there is a browser issue on your device.
