If you have cleared your browsing data but are still unable to use RP Data as intended, the final step is to reset your browser. Resetting your browser will not delete:

However, resetting your browser will delete any plugins or extensions you have installed. If you visit a website that requires a plugin, you will be prompted to reinstall it to proceed.

To reset Microsoft Edge, click on the three dots menu on the top right of the page, and select Reset Settings. Click on Restore settings to their default values. You will be prompted to confirm this action. Click on Reset to complete this step then try logging in again.

To clear website data, open your Safari browser, click on Safari and select Preferences. On the pop up window, click on Privacy and then click on Manage Website Data. Search for rpdata in the search bar and click on rpdata.com in the search results. Click on Remove All. You will be prompted to confirm this action. Click on Remove Now to complete this step.
