REA Lead Integration

Integrate to capture enquiries from realestate.com.au

RiTA can capture enquiries from your listings on realestate.com.au, which will appear as topics on contacts and as suggested lists on your dashboard. We can also pick up your buyer enquiries and respond to them via email or SMS.

Setting up the integration

Before you begin, ensure that you are logged in on Ignite and have 'Manage Agency' permissions in Ignite. Once you are logged in, follow the steps below:

1. Click 'Manage' in the left side panel.
2. Select 'Data and Integrations'.
3. Click the '+ Add Integration' button.
4. Choose your workplace from the list if you have more than one.
5. Search for and select RiTA from the partner list.

6. Select 'Leads'
7. Review the integration details on the summary screen.
8. Click 'Confirm' to complete the setup.
