All the estimates that you have created are stored in the Estimates section. New estimates will be automatically activated as a current estimate however any estimate may be marked as a current estimate at any time.
On the main Estimates screen, you will be able to see:
- The total number of estimates you have created
- The estimate that is currently active
- Tabs for your own estimates and shared company estimates

A page displays 25 estimates at a time. Click on Previous Page or Next Page to click through all the pages and view all your estimates.
Sorting and deleting estimates
Your most recent estimates will be located on the top rows of the estimate screen with older jobs listed below them. You may rearrange estimates at any time; sort your estimates by alphabetical order or when it was last modified. Click on the up and down arrows on the relevant columns to sort your estimates in ascending (a-z) or descending(z-a) order.

To delete an estimate, tick the checkbox to select an estimate. You may select more than one estimate. Once you have selected all the estimates you wish to delete, click on Delete Estimates.
