The Recent Sales Insights page shows recent sales for houses, units, and vacant land. We allocate a limit of the three highest-value sales within each suburb in a postcode.
Important note: If your results are not showing on the Recent Sales Insights page, but are being displayed in full detail within RP Data, then don’t worry. The Recent Sales Insights page is only intended to be used as a quick snapshot of the three highest-value sales within a selected postcode. It is not an official source of Recent Sales data for reports, searches and results.
