Firstly, don’t worry.
If your recent sales are captured within RP Data, then it will be included in all reports, searches and results.
However, the same recent sales information may not be displayed on this page due to a number of reasons:

The sales data is older than 90 days.

The sale is not in the three highest-value sales for that suburb.

The sale was in a suburb that has had more than three recent sales (by property type) within the last 90 days.
If the above reasons do not match the criteria of your recent sale, and you would like your sale to be displayed on the Recent Sales Insights page, please contact our recent sales team and request a data update.
