Depending on the information you wish to update, you would either have to contact Customer Care or use the RP Data Account Portal.
Updates that require assistance from Customer Care
Contact Customer Care if you wish to change the following details:
- Your account name
- Your business name and ABN
- The primary and payments contact person (The person who receives account, billing and financial related correspondence.)

Updates that can be made on the RP Data Account Portal
NOTICE: The customer administration portal is currently undergoing an upgrade so you will not be able to update your Account Details until further notice. Please contact customer care at 1300 734 318 or customercare@corelogic.com.au if you wish to update your account details.
If you are an account holder or account administrator, you may use your RP Data username and password to log in to the RP Data Account Portal and change the following details:
- Your organisation email address and phone number
- The address that appears on property reports
- The email address of your Primary & Payments contact person
Note: You will not be able to access the RP Data Account Portal if you have synced your RP Data account with Property Hub to order valuations. If this applies to you, please contact Customer Care to update your details.
