Cordell Connect offers a flexible way of searching across multiple data sets to enable a highly customised search result.
You can search for companies to identify industry contacts, expand your network or keep an eye on competitors. You will also have the ability to save your regular company searches for future use.
To get started, click on Company from the top navigation menu and select Search Companies.

The Details section gives you the option of searching by

Searching by company details will return search results which have a partial match to the information you have provided. For example, if you entered GREEN in the Name field, the results will include companies with names like EVERGREEN CONSTRUCTIONS, GREEN BUILD, and GREENHOUSE LANDSCAPING.
You may enter multiple names separated by commas or spaces to expand your search, or within brackets to narrow your search.
You may search by Company ID if you know what a company’s ID is within Cordell Connect. The Company ID is listed on the Company Detail page.

The location section gives you the flexibility to search via a specific address, suburb(s), state, council or postcode.

Address : Type in the exact address

Suburb : You may search for more multiple suburbs by separating each suburb with a comma (,)

State : Tick the checkbox to select one or more states. Leave the checkboxes unticked if you wish to run a search across all states. You may also choose to restrict your search to only metro or country areas by ticking the relevant checkbox.

Council List : To search by council list, click on the radio button and then click within the text box that appears. A pop up window will appear. Here, you will have the ability to choose council areas from the drop down menu, or click within the map to make your selection. Both methods allow you to include multiple states in your search.
Choose the state and region then double click on the council area name to add it to the Selected Councils box. Or, click on the Add All button to add all the council areas in the state or region. Click on the Clear All button to remove all selected council areas. Click Save to add selected council areas to your search.

On the map, click on the state, then region, and then the council area to add it to the Selected Councils box. You may add more than one area. Click on the Clear All button to remove all selected council areas. Click Save to add selected council areas to your search.

Here’s where you can restrict your search to only Active Companies. You can do this by clicking YES .

After you have set your search criteria, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Search button. To clear your selection, click on Clear Options.
