- Contact Quality: This section displays the quality of contact data. After every import or update, each contact is assessed as "Clean" or "Dirty" based on specific conditions and assigned a score to reflect data completeness.
- Engagement: This section shows when a contact was last engaged with through different communication channels, providing insights into contact frequency and recency.
- Geography: This section displays a breakdown of suburbs where contacts either own property or have shown interest in buying. This information helps you understand the geographic distribution of your contacts.
- Categories: This section displays metrics for each contact, allowing you to better segment and manage your database.
- Agent Distribution: This section shows the different types of agent relationships associated with contacts. Contacts are categorised into Primary Owner, Accessible By, and Recommended Agent. A contact may have multiple relationship types with different agents; however, each contact should have only one Recommended Agent.
