To monitor specificprojects or companies, you can mark them as active. This will flag them for easy access via the homepage or the top navigation menu. Here's how you can do it:

Tick the checkboxes next to the desired projects or companies.

In Cordell Connect, you can export data from a single project or multiple projects. Data can be exported from a project detail page or a search results page.
Like exporting project data, you can generate a PDF report for a single project or multiple projects. There are two main reports you may produce for each scenario:

How do I manage users on my account?
Your account and users are setup when you are finalising your Cordell Connect subscription. To change existing users, you can either remove and create a new username, edit the existing user details, or place the account on hold. All requests must be submitted in writing to customercare@corelogic.com.au. For adding more users, contact Customer Care to discuss upgrade options. Click here to read more.

The Cordell Connect research team uses many sources to provide up-to-date project information. One of these methods would be your update requests or submissions. You can do this via the Provide Update and Request Update buttons on the Project Detail Page. Click here to read more.

How do I set email alert notifications?
Setting email alerts will help you track projects and companies which are of interest to you and your business. To view all the options available to you, click on Options on the top navigation menu and select Email Alerts. Click here to read more.

How do I track projects by stages?
From the homepage, click on the Stage tile to set your search criteria. You can either select all the stages within a main category or expand each stage and select a specific sub-stage. Click here to read more.

How do I search for projects?
Searching from the Project tab enables you to view all the search filters on one page, instead of clicking through the six key sections. To get started, click on Project from the top navigation menu and select Search Projects. Click here to read more.

How do I run a cross search?
Start by clicking on Project on the top navigation menu then select Search Project. Tick the QLD checkbox in the Location section and select Flats & Units in the Classifications section. Next, type $10,000,000 in the minimum value field and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Cross Search. Click here to read more.

How do I identify top companies in my industry?
Click on Company in the top navigation menu and select Top Companies. Next, click through the options available to set your search criteria. Once you’re done, click on the Get Top Companies button to run the search. Click here to read more.
