June 2025 Updates:
- Useful Documents - Introducing the Useful Documents Module, a new feature that enables real estate agents to seamlessly upload and include important documents like price guides, marketing schedules, case studies, ROI reports, legal agreements, and more directly within their proposals. This enhancement streamlines the proposal process by allowing agents to send a complete, professional package eliminating the need for separate emails. Vendors benefit from a more consistent experience and can easily access all associated documents anytime, without digging through their inboxes. Read more here.
- Custom Fonts (Google + Adobe Fonts) - We have now implemented the ability to use Custom Fonts in proposal themes. This enhancement is part of our ongoing commitment to deeper branding and customisation options for agents. You can now upload fonts from the Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts libraries to align your proposals perfectly with your agency’s brand identity. Since fonts and colours are key elements of visual branding, this feature helps ensure every proposal looks and feels uniquely yours. Read more about how to use custom fonts in your theme.
- General Proposal Template - Launching the new General Proposal Template, a versatile new default template designed to help agents present a compelling overview of their agency. This template allows you to highlight your office’s brand, team achievements, services, and success stories, all in a customisable format. Unlike property-specific proposals, this template isn’t tied to a single listing, giving agents the flexibility to use it for a variety of purposes. It’s perfect for showcasing your agency’s value and generating new business through a polished, digital-first approach. Read about all our default templates here.
- PDF Rendering Improvement - We have made an improvement to the default state of how proposal PDFs are generated. Previously, each title had its own A4 page, which often resulted in long documents. Now titles are placed at the top of each section by default, significantly reducing file size and improving readability. For those who still prefer title pages, there’s now a simple toggle to turn them on. It’s a cleaner, and more flexible way to present your proposals.
Past Updates:
- Pinning Proposals - Introducing a new feature where any user is able to pin up to three proposals to the top of their dashboards. This is to make it easy to find and duplicate any winning proposals by without having to search through proposals in the dashboard.
- Lightbox Carousel for Comparable Properties - Agents and Vendors are now able to click on the property photos on the comparable cards to open them up to see them in details. Just like how the target property images open up into a lightbox carousel.
- Deactivate Themes - Admin users can now deactivate themes, allowing them to choose which themes they want their agents to use especially if they have only chosen 2 or 3 themes that fit their branding and have been completely set up. Agents will only be able to select themes that are active from their dropdown to use for their Proposals. Read more here.
