- Won: Listings in your agency’s core markets that were listed by your agents
- Lost: Listings in your agency’s core markets that were listed by other agencies
- No Matches: Listings with no contacts in the CRM with a matching property for that market event.
The Market Analytics Report tracks recently won and lost listings within your defined Core Markets. It monitors newly advertised sales and rentals on listing portals and checks if the corresponding property owner already exists in your database to help you identify listing opportunities.
There are two ways to view Market Analytics data: in a scheduled weekly or monthly report, or as a live dashboard.
Updating Market Analytics Report Settings
Note
You must tick the compliance checkbox to save and apply your changes. This step is mandatory for all automated signatures.
To update the Market Analytics report settings, go to Admin and select Market Analytics.

Reports can be generated and sent to you on a weekly or monthly basis. Weekly reports can be sent on a specific day of the week. Monthly reports are sent on the first day of the month and will cover all the key activities made by your team in the previous month.
Use the Weekly Activity Report and Monthly Activity Report toggles to switch on the report you prefer. You may switch on just one or both.

Next, enter the email address of the person who should receive the report. Please note that this report will include the data for all RiTA users in your account, not specific individual agents.
Tip
Press 'Enter' on your keyboard to enter more than one email address.
Specify an average commission value for RiTA to calculate what your total lost commission (on average) would be for lost listings.
Note
Any dollar values associated with lost commissions are only to be used as a rough guide.

You can also expand the ON DEMAND REPORT section to request a one-off report for a specific period. Click Email Report to send the one-off report immediately.
Click Save to save and apply your report settings.
The report will include an activity summary.

You can also download the report as a CSV file by clicking on the export link in the report email.

Live Market Analytics Dashboard
You can also see live Market Analytics data for the following market activity in your core markets over a set period of time:
To access the live Market Analytics dashboard, go to Analytics and select Market.

Use the Time Period dropdown menu to customise the date range you want to analyse and use the Suburb dropdown menu to select the suburbs you want to include. You can also email the report by clicking on EMAIL REPORT.

You can filter sales and rental listing details using the Show only dropdown menu to filter the data by Won, Lost or No Matches:
