Agent profile images are set manually by the user. At this point in-time, Plezzel does not automatically update agent images from your CRM or Property Feed.
To update an agent profile, simply click the ‘Choose File’ button, select your image and upload the file. Once you submit, if this is successful, you will see the agents image update when you go back into their profile.
Not seeing your changes?
Web browser caching may cause this, you can always perform a hard refresh by holding down CTRL on your keyboard and pressing your F5 key.
Getting a 403 Forbidden Error?
This could be the type of file you're trying to upload. Re-save the image as a .png file and try uploading it again.
