When RiTA Finishes a Conversation RiTA will create a Follow up.
Follow up’s are RiTA’s way of handing over conversations to you. These will appear in your inbox.
You can create a follow-up in a contact card such as a Callback. See the Contact View article.
RiTA mobile currently does not have edit contact capabilities. This will be coming soon.
The best workflow for follow ups goes:
Read - Read the follow up find out what is about.
Action - Take an action eg. Have a call or Reply with RiTA
Close. - Closing a follow-up will mark them as complete and move them to the actioned folder.
Inbox Categories Include.
Open Folder – For follow ups that need to be actioned.
Actioned Folder – For follow ups closed by you.
Snoozed Folder – for follow ups that have been set to a later date.
Expired Folder – For follow ups that have been in the inbox for more than 7 days.
