There is usually a really simple reason why you aren't able to login to RiTA...
1. Are you using the right email address to login?
Are you using the email address that the invitation was sent to? This will usually be the same email address that you use to login to your CRM.
Some agencies have multiple email addresses or email aliases (for example email@example.com; firstname.lastname@example.org). So, best to check which email the invite link has been sent to and using that one.
2. Which internet browser are you using?
We recommend using the latest version of either Chrome or Safari when using RiTA, because it is the 21st century you will find that most sites and applications will work best on these two browsers.

3. I'm clicking on the link in the email sent to me but it still isn't working!
The login link in the email is valid for 5 minutes and is a single-use link. This is an important security feature of RiTA to protect your data. So, if it's been a little bit since the email was received, or you've tried multiple times, then you will need to re-send the link again. If you try and login on your phone or tablet, and then try and use the same link on a computer, this won't work either.
To get a new link, head to https://app.ritabyaire.com and login using the email address that you use for RiTA.
4. Hot tip - Use a Google account to login.
A quick and simple way to make logging to RiTA super easily is to create a Google account and login this way!
You can use your existing email address to create a Google account. A Google account is a username and password that can be used to login to consumer Google applications like Docs, Sites, Maps and Photos, but a Google account doesn't have to end with @gmail.com
