- Go to Automations to view all the automations in your account.
Image 1: Accessing 'Automations' in RiTA. - Click on the Type filter and select Lead Automation. Alternatively, you may use the search bar to find the automation by name.

Tip: Leaving the filter action as Do Not Filter will allow the automation to run on all incoming leads.
- Lead Source: Use this filter to specify which lead sources will trigger an automated response.
- Lead Type: Use this filter to specify which lead type will receive an automated response. Select one or multiple lead types from the dropdown menu.
- Suburb: Use this filter to specify which suburbs are included in or excluded from automated responses. Type the suburb name and select it from the list of options.
Image 3: Specifying a suburb. - Primary Recipeint Emails: Use this filter to specify which an agent will receive and send automated responses. If an agent has an assistant as the primary contact on a listing, you need to specify the assistant's email address as well.
Image 4: Excluding agents. - CRM Listing IDs: Use this filter to specify which listings are included in or excluded from automated responses. Enter the listing ID exactly as it appears in your CRM. For example if you are using Agentbox the CRM ID should be '1P1234' not '#1P1234' or '1p1234'.
Tip: Press tab, comma or enter on your keyboard to enter multiple IDs. Watch out for additional spaces when typing, copying and pasting IDs.

- Click Save at the bottom of the page to save and apply your updated filters.

You can use lead automation filters to customise how RiTA responds to leads that come through from integrated listing portals. For example, you might use these filters when agents prefer a customised response or when there are listings with special conditions.
