When tapping on "Create list" on the Alerts, Custom Search or Owner Search page, you will be prompted with two options Call List or SMS List.
*SMS Lists require advanced Permission settings to be turned on by your RiTA Admin. See here.

The buttons will display the number of contacts that can be contacted through the specific channel out of the total number of contacts selected.

you will be directed to this screen after tapping on the continue button where you will be able to update the settings before creating the list.

When tapping on this you will be able to select someone from within the agency.- you can search the list of users

When tapping on this you will be presented with 3 options of:
- 1 day
- 1 week
- 1 month

- When you select a day, a list will be generated for that day every week.

SMS List's
When Creating New Templates:
This is a single message template, all replies will go straight into your inbox. You can always continue the conversation by replying with SMS from follow-ups in the Inbox.
When on the Template screen:
You have a can type your custom message. Use the relevant “Merge Fields”.
By default your user sign-off will be added. Eg (John Smith XYZ Real estate)
Adding Opt-outs in your messages is mandatory to ensure you comply with legal requirements. You will be asked to acknowledge that you have added an Opt-out: eg. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Choose a name of your template. Tip make this a Name that defines the template so you know which one to select if using it in the future. Eg. 'Christmas template ”

The second screen in the SMS List creation is selecting from a list of conversation templates.

You will be able to search for a template

Able to scroll through the available templates

After selecting a template you can tap on the next button

You will be able to view the existing template on the web which will direct out of the app into their default phone browser by tapping on View Template on Web.

Any template that uses a topic will not be displayed in this list.

SMS Settings
When tapping on the SMS Settings you will have two options:- Conversation Template
- You will be able to search or scroll for an existing template and select from the available options
- You will be able to view the existing template on web which will direct out of the app into their default phone browser by tapping on View Template on Web.

- you will be able to update the list name to whatever they would like and save it

Assignee
- This will allow you to reassign the list to another user in the account that they are able to see / access (admins can see everybody, people within a team should be able to see their team members)

- Recurrence Setting
When choosing the Recurrence Settings you will have two options:

- Select the days the list should recur from Sunday to Monday
- Send Automatically
- you will be able to select a time of day the list will be automatically sent out on
- Send Manually
- This will require the you to manually send out the list on the given day they have selected
