Each search result displays the basic attributes of a property. Tap on the down arrow to expand the card and view additional property information like more property photos and the listing description. Tap on the +Add to RCMA button to include a property in your Rental CMA report. Once you do this, the property will be moved from the Search tab to the Selected tab.

Tap on the Selected tab to view all the comparable sales you have selected to include in your CMA report. Here, you may tick the Featured checkbox to feature a property, or tap on Add notes to add your own notes about a property. If you've selected a property by mistake, tap on the bin icon to remove it.

In the final report, a featured property will be displayed first in the comparable sale section, followed by other properties. You will be able to include up to three images on a featured property, instead of just one image.

You may edit the following property details on the expanded view:

Swipe left or right on the image gallery to select the property photo that will be displayed in your Rental CMA report.

Change the order of appearance for selected properties by tapping the up and down arrows.
