Use the Presentation Mode if you wish to take your prospective client through the report in person.
Note: This requires an internet connection to work. If you wish to present your report without relying on an active internet connection, use the Save for Offline Viewing option.
To present your report, tap on Presentation Mode and rotate your device to landscape mode.

Use the arrows on the top right to step through the report.

On the Comparable Sales and Listings page, you can:

tap on Switch to List View to view listings as a list instead of a map

tap on Recently Sold or For Sale to view only Recently Sold or For Sale properties

tap on + Add Watchlist to add properties from a relevant watchlist that you have created
The target property is indicated by a location pin with a star on it.

In the List View, tap on For Sale or the Recent Sales tab to filter properties accordingly. Tap on Switch to Map View to view properties on a map.

Tap on a property's location pin or the icons on the value bar at the bottom of the screen to view more details about a specific property. Tap on the arrow on the property details card to view information such as:

year built
-
days on market
-
distance to the target property

On the Valuations page you will see suburb statistics and CoreLogic's Valuation Estimate for the target property.

If you do not wish to include the CoreLogic Valuation Estimate in your presentation, tap on Presentation Mode Settings and use the toggle to hide it.

You will also see auction statistics and median sale price over the last 3 months. Here, you may edit the appraisal value if required. Simply tap on the appraisal value and enter a revised figure or price range.

On the last page, you'll have the option of emailing the report to your prospective client. Enter their email address and tap Send PDF.
