Important note: This is an alternative way of importing suppliers and prices, rather than importing a large supplier list into My Supplier Lists.
After creating a new category, you may create a category group to organise your items.
Ensure that you are viewing the database where you have added your new category and click on Add New Category Group.

Enter a name for the new category group you wish to create and select any additional databases you wish to add the category group to. To select multiple databases, hold down the Shift key and click on the required databases. When you're done, click Save.

Adding items to a new category group
The category group that you have just added will appear below the category it belongs to. To add new items to your newly added category group, click on the category group name and click on Add New Item.

Enter the required item details in the pop-up window and click Save to proceed.

Close the window to view the item you have just added. Click the orange plus button in the Add column to add the item to the active estimate. This item will appear in green in the estimate.
