Historical Valuation Information: Premium and Pro users can now access a dedicated Valuation Estimate History panel directly on the property details page. This panel provides up to 12 months of historical valuation data, similar to the experience available on RP Data Mobile.

Enhanced Map Views in Map Search: You can now access different map views directly from the Map Search, bringing it in line with the mapping experience on the property details page.
Note: Nearmap integrations will exclusively display the most current imagery. Nearmap is only available for Pro package subscribers.
Image: Enhanced map views. - CMA Filter Retention: Resolved an issue where Property Type and Distance filters within the Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) tool were not retained when switching between comparable properties.
- Enhanced Property Timelines: Users can now access detailed listing campaign histories and listing updates. Property and Agency campaign information are not available for rentals.
- SA Title Orders Restored: South Australian property titles are once again available for order directly through RP Data.
- Expanded Search Radius: To provide greater flexibility for regional searches, the distance filter has been extended. Users can now select or manually enter a search radius of up to 100km (increased from 50km).
- Search Logic: Improved "Suburb" filter logic to allow for partial matches, ensuring relevant results even when full details are not entered.
- Map Stability: Fixed the Line selection tool to prevent infinite loading screens and ensured that property selections are preserved when modifying your search area.
- UI Adjustments: Corrected the "Tenure Search" slider display issues encountered in specific suburbs.

- Radius search link: The +X sales link now correctly displays during radius searches when more than one sale is available in your selected timeframe.

- Comprehensive Sales History: We have upgraded our search logic to provide a more complete view of the market. When searching within a specific timeframe, the platform now returns all sales recorded for a property during that period, rather than only the most recent result.
- Advanced Map Search: Experience a more interactive mapping interface. You can now define your own search areas using custom boundaries, ensuring your results are tailored precisely to your specific territory or area of interest.
- Data Export Updates: To assist with offline analysis, we have added Days on Market (DOM) and Council Area fields to our data exports, providing deeper insights directly in your spreadsheets.
