Once you’ve added your comparable sales and comparable listings, you can move on to customising your report.
There are three main customisable areas:

Report Sections: Here's where you organise the content and pages in your report.

Report Style: Use the colour selector to add your brand colour to the CMA report.

Edit Image and Edit Details: Use these buttons to change the image and details on the cover page.

The Report Sections panel shows you a list of the content included in your report. Here, you can add, remove, and change the order of report sections by using the following controls:

Arrows: Click and move the content up and down to change the order.

Checkbox: By default, all the checkboxes will be ticked. Untick a checkbox to exclude content from the report.

Bin: Click on the bin to remove a custom document that you have uploaded.

Lock: Indicates content that cannot be removed from the report.

Custom section: Upload a custom document to personalise your report. For example, your agent profile, reference letters, or other marketing material. Documents have to be in a PDF format to be included in the report.

Customise your report to include your agency’s brand colour by clicking on Select Colour. Choose from a selection of common colours or type in the HEX code of your agency’s brand colour in the search bar.

Tip
The HEX code for your agency can usually be found in the brand guideline document and starts with a # symbol. The colour you choose here will appear as an accent at the top of the page. You will be able to see what this looks like when you preview your report.
Clicking on Edit Images will bring up a pop-up window with the following sections:

Image selection panel: Choose from the following options:

No image

Add image - upload your own images
-
Pick from a selection of lifestyle or property images

Image type options: The Lifestyle option will be selected by default. Choose Property to use a photo of the target property.

Zoom slider bar: Set how you would like the image to appear, for example, you can zoom in to highlight a specific feature like an ornamental fireplace. You can also drag the image to reposition it.
Once you’re happy with your image selection, click Save to close the window.

By default, your cover page includes the address of your target property and your name, company and contact details. Click Edit Details to open a pop-up window to edit the information you wish to present. Tick or untick the checkboxes to include or exclude information. You may also edit pre-filled details by typing directly in the textbox. Tick the photo and logo checkboxes at the bottom to include your profile photo and your company logo.
