Creating a watchlist for valuations allows you to track the status of a client’s in-flight property valuation from the RP Data Mobile app. If you have a subscription to the RP Data Broker Package, you will be able to monitor the valuation request from the moment it is lodged within Cotality’s Valuation Exchange Property Hub platform, right up to the moment when the valuer submits a completed valuation report.
There are two ways to add valuations to your watchlist:
Tap on Lists on the bottom navigation menu and tap on Valuations on the top menu bar. Tap on Add Valuation and choose Sync my Property Hub Account. By default, RP Data Mobile will display the email address that is registered against your RP Data account. If you have a different registered email address against your Property Hub account, enter that email address then tap on Sync my Property Hub Account to proceed.

A verification email will be sent to the Property Hub email address you have entered. Tap on the Verify Now button or enter the 5-digit code on the RP Data Mobile app and tap on Verify Code. Once you have successfully completed this step, your valuations on Property Hub will appear automatically in the Valuations Watchlist.

Tap on Lists on the bottom navigation menu and tap on Valuations. Next, tap on Add Valuation and select Manually add a Valuation. Enter the relevant details on the Add a Valuation screen and tap on Add Valuation to complete the process.

Tap on the cog icon on the top left of the screen to edit notification settings to connect to and disconnect from your Property Hub account at any time.
