You may export data from a single project or multiple projects. Data may be exported from a project detail page or a search results page.
There are two ways to export data for a single project. On the project detail page, you may:

Click on Export to Excel

Click on Print

If you choose Export to Excel , data will be downloaded to your computer as a ZIP folder. Unzip the folder to access the Excel file.
If you choose Print, a window will pop up for further options. Click on the drop down menu and select Export to Excel (customisable). Selecting this will allow you to customise the data you wish to export.

After you have selected Export to Excel (customisable) , you will see a range of data that you may include in your Excel sheet. Tick the checkboxes individually or tick Include All to select all the data within a category. Scroll down and click on Generate Report . The data you have selected will be downloaded to your computer as a ZIP folder. Unzip the folder to access the Excel file.

You may export multiple projects to a spreadsheet from a single set of search results or from multiple search results.
From the project search results page, tick the checkboxes individually to select projects one-by-one or tick the checkbox in the header to select all projects.
Click on Print and select Print from the drop down menu. Data will be downloaded to your computer as a ZIP folder. Unzip the folder to access the Excel file.

To export data from multiple search results, you need to repeat the following steps each time you run a search.

On your search results page, select the projects you wish to export

Click on Print and select Add to Print List

Repeat the steps above until you have compiled all the projects you are interested in on the print list.
Click on Print and select View Print List to check that you have all the projects you need.

On the Project Print List page, you will see the projects you have added from multiple search results. To remove a project from the print list, click on the X icon. Once you are satisfied with your list of projects, click on Print All to export the projects’ data.

Note: If you wish to export company data, simply apply the steps above on company search results.
