This article explains how to update your own user details. Read about managing other users if you’re an account administrator looking to update another user’s information.
Click on your user profile icon on the top right of the page and click on My Details.

On the My Details tab, you may edit your Personal Details and Work Contact Details. Company Details are for your reference only, and are not editable. If you need to change your Company Details, contact Customer Care on 1300 734 318 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org

Adding your profile photo
On the My Details tab, click on Upload Photo to add a profile photo. Your profile photo will be included on the cover page of your CMA reports and other pages/reports as required.

Select a photo from your computer to proceed. Your photo must meet the following requirements:
- photo must be a JPG or PNG file.
- ideal file size to be between 250 to 500kb, or a maximum file size of 1mb.
Once you have selected a photo, you may adjust the position and the cropping of your photo. Click Save to proceed.
