Cotality Credit card surcharge removal effective 1st of October
What is happening?
In line with the Reserve Bank of Australia’s (RBA) ruling to ban debit and credit card surcharges (Eftpos, Mastercard, Visa and American Express), Cotality will be removing surcharges on credit and/or debit card transactions effective the 1st of October.

Please Note: Between 17th September and 1st October, you may notice preliminary updates and formatting changes on your invoices as we transition our systems in preparation for this change.
Will PayPal payment surcharges still apply?
Yes, any PayPal related payment surcharge will continue to be passed onto customers as normal.
What do I need to?
At this time there is no action needed from our customers as the change will be handled by Cotality.
