Unsubscribe Options
The emails sent automatically by the Plezzel platform will have the following unsubscribe message:

You've been sent this message on behalf of Agent Name because you have previously interacted with the agency. To update your preferences or unsubscribe from email communication from [Agency Name], click here.
There are 2 levels of unsubscribe: by type or by platform. By filling out the form (examples above) and clicking submit, they will stop receiving emails for that property or stop receiving campaign emails (this includes Homeowner/Investor nurturing emails & New Listing alert emails).
However, if they select the option to "unsubscribe from ALL", they will get the following pop up and be unsubscribed from all emails from your Plezzel platform.
Unsubscribe Communication
While Plezzel messages are being sent by Cotality on your behalf, your agency is the authorised sender and, if an individual is to unsubscribe to a Plezzel message, then your agency must (within 5 business days) unsubscribe that individual from all direct marketing from your agency.
Our system will notify your office (the main marketing contact in Plezzel) when someone has unsubscribed. The subject line will depend on whether the person unsubscribed from just the listing or from all office communications. The content will also provide the necessary information for you to action.
