Introducing the upgraded Customer Engagement Tool (CET) Dashboard - designed to provide a clean and intuitive experience for managing your leads and data!
The new dashboard will be live from 25th February 2025, please click on this link and add a bookmark in your browser to access your future lead data. Your login details will remain unchanged from the last dashboard.

The new CET admin dashboard features an easy-to-read layout designed for easier data interaction. It includes an improved lead conversion view, which provides a clear way to track lead progress.
Alongside the dashboard update, the underlying database has been upgraded to improve performance, offering greater stability, faster load times and better support for larger datasets.
Your CRM integration remains unchanged, as well as your existing workflows, allowing for a smoother transition to the new dashboard. Any leads generated from your CET website form will populate in the dashboard and continue to push the lead's information to your CRM.
All new leads from February 25th will be recorded in the new dashboard, whereas the original dashboard will continue to keep your previously recorded data.
Note
You may access the old dashboard by navigating to the Profile button on the top right of your screen and selecting Settings. Here, you may export all your previous lead information as a CSV file.

Once you are in the old dashboard view, you may easily switch to the new one by selecting the New CET Dashboard button.

To filter results, click the Filter button. A side panel will slide out on the right, allowing you to choose your filter criteria. Once applied, you may click Save and export the results as a CSV file.
