There are two ways to include testimonials in your proposal:
Click on the testimonial placeholder to add client testimonials to your proposal. You may add as many testimonials as you like to create a library of testimonials to use in your future proposals. The testimonials that you add will not be visible to other users in your agency.
On the Testimonials pop-up window, click Add Testimonial.
The Headline, Description, Client Name, and Date are required fields. Photos are optional. Click on the stars to customise the star rating. Click Save to proceed.
Click on a testimonial to select it and include it in your proposal. The testimonials will appear in the order that you have selected them. Click Save to proceed.
You can include 3 of the most recent testimonials from your RateMyAgent profile in your proposal.
A user with administration access has to set up the agency level integration with RateMyAgent. Individual agents can integrate their RateMyAgent account with their individual Agent Code to pull across the three most recent reviews. Click on Integration on the side menu and enter the RateMyAgent code.
Once the integration is complete, testimonials from your RateMyAgent profile will be displayed below the manually added testimonials in your proposal.
If your reviews from RateMyAgent do not appear, ensure that your name on RateMyAgent and your Proposals user profile are exactly the same. You may view and edit your profile details by clicking on your user profile icon and selecting My Profile.
Note: Your RateMyAgent ID will be automatically added to your profile. This ID is only visible to you and will not be displayed in your proposals.
