Enabling Advanced AI in RiTA

This article will show you how to enable advanced AI conversations in RiTA (note - only account admins can enable). 
Once enabled this will improve the Opt-out responses RiTA is currently using in SMS conversations, it will also allow you to access the new AI functions when creating or editing SMS Templates.

1. Click on Admin button

 

2. Click on General

 

3. Check the box - Enable Advanced AI Conversation Processing

 

4. Click on Save
