- Impressions: The total number of times your ad was displayed.
- Clicks: The number of times your ad was clicked.
- Click-Through Rate (CTR): The percentage of people who clicked on your ad after seeing it.
- People Reached: The total number of unique people who have seen your ad.
- Engagements: The number of reactions, likes, shares, or saves on your ad.
- Leads Generated: The number of leads created directly from your ad (if you're running a Lead Generation campaign).
- Log in to the Plezzel admin portal and click on Campaign Hub.

Plezzel helps you monitor campaigns through regular and on-demand campaign reports, making it easy for you to keep clients informed on how their campaign is performing. You can use these reports to assess your campaign's effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimise future campaigns.
Agents can access reports for their own campaigns while admins can access all campaign reports.

Campaign reports are automatically sent to your inbox when a campaign reaches its halfway point and again once it is completed.
