Previewing and Managing Scheduled Emails

Navigate to Scheduled page:
- Choose the scheduled email to review recipients before sending them.

Review Contacts:
- Click through contact cards to examine recipients.

Preview Email:
- Send yourself the email preview under the contact card.

Reviewing Contacts:
- Read the contact details and choose Don't Send if you want to skip contact.
- Skip the contact and specify the duration of the skip.
- Send Now (if applicable):

- For emails without an automatic send time, click "Send Now" to dispatch immediately.
Follow-ups
- Depending on your campaign settings, follow-ups may trigger when users click buttons or open emails a certain number of times.

Inbox:
- Follow-ups appear in the Inbox.
- Decide whether to reach out further or edit contact details.
Analytics

Navigate to Analytics:
- Visit the Analytics page and select "Automations."

Email Section:
- Scroll down to find the email section.

View Metrics:
- Review open rates, delivery rates, and overall emails sent.

Contacts View:
- Choose "Contacts" to see recipients of the email.
Enhancing Performance
Email marketing for the most part is straightforward and predictable. However, It is important to update/trial aspects of your campaigns to increase performance.
- To improve campaign performance, consider updating/trialling:
- Email subject line.
- Call to action (e.g., Request appraisal button).
- Email style (e.g., plain text for a personal touch, branded content for upsells).
- Email Series Order. (eg., Switching the second email with the third email.)
