Overdue Properties on Timeline
There have been reports of the timeline not working in a way some users thought it would. There have been updates done that accommodates for these users and as well as users using the existing functionality.
The current month will no longer be considered overdue
A specific month and year (custom) will be able to be selected
The filter for selling date range of 0-3 months will include overdue properties
Move Not Syncing Deleted Contacts
Previously, we have had reports from agencies using the Move CRM that after deleting a contact in their CRM it was not being replicated in RiTA. We have been provided with a new endpoint which we now use to check for all deleted contacts. This has been fixed.
REA Enquires for Century 21 Upgrade
In the past the enquires coming through did not have a useful external/portal ID. We have been provided with an endpoint from Century 21 that we can now pass this information to. This has been updated.
REX - Missing Council, Water, Body Corporate Rates
We had an internal report that when looking at leads coming in for an agency it was missing certain rates. It was identified that the API had an update in turn we have updated our API to receive the correct data.
Allhomes - Leads for Certain Listings Failing
Previously, there were reports that some leads where failing for Allhomes. The emails that come through now provide an ID which has allowed us to updated our matching to better link leads and listings together.
Skipped Contact Appearing in Lead Sourcing Call List
It was identified that users that were skipped prior to a call list being generated for Lead Sourcing were being added to the list. This has been updated and skipped contacts should not appear.
List Analytics Not Viewable by Other Team Members
Previously, a user was not able to view the analytics of a completed list being prompted with an error message ‘No permission to user’. This has been fixed.
Agentbox Expression of Interest not Mapping for Listings
In a previous release we fixed an issue with RiTA responding to private treaty listings. This caused a bug in another area which caused expression of interests not to be mapped to listings. This has been updated where:
If sales method is auction and date is in the future then we should map Auction date
If sales method is expressions of interest and date is in the future then we should map EOI date
If sales method is neither then we shouldn’t map either
Call Lists not Working
There had been reports of some Call Lists not being accessible for users. This seemed to be occurring primarily due to bad data. This has been updated.
Mandatory Filters not Being Applied
That has been a report that mandatory filters displaying in RiTA were not being respected when generating a list. This has been fixed.
Inspection Dates not Sorted
When inspections dates are added to an email lead automation they were being not sorted in ascending order. This has been updated.
