Below are the steps to manually create a custom list:

Head to the ‘call list' tab.

Click ‘custom list’ in the middle.

In the filters section, add in an ‘owns property in radius of (address)’ filter. The radius should be 1km and the address would be the missing Just Listed/Just Sold property.

In the ‘list name’ section, add title i.e. ‘Just Listed – 6 example street, random’.

Click the ‘Refresh’ button to see number of contacts, usually we recommend the list size of 20 but if there is say 30 just create a list of that size(change in contacts per list section).

Change assignee to agent that asked for the list.
