Troubleshooting: Email Signature in RiTA
If you’re using Outlook, you may encounter issues when trying to add an image to your email signature by simply copying and pasting it. This is because RiTA is a cloud-based program, and it requires images to be stored in a similar cloud-based format, which Outlook doesn’t support.
However, there are two solutions to address this issue:
Option 1: Create a Text-Based Email Signature
If you don’t require an image in your signature, you can create a text-only signature. This method ensures no issues with image formatting.
Option 2: Use Google Docs for Your Signature
If you want to include an image in your signature, follow these steps:
- Create a Google Document with your desired signature, including the image.
- Copy and Paste the signature directly from the Google Docs document into RiTA via the Settings icon.
Since Google Docs is also a cloud-based service, there should be no issues when adding the image correctly into RiTA, as long as the document is up to date.
This approach ensures that your signature, complete with images, is seamlessly added to RiTA without any formatting problems.
