Deactivating or Deleting a User in RiTA
As an Admin, you can easily deactivate or delete a user in RiTA anytime. Watch the quick video tutorial or follow the simple steps mentioned below.
Steps to Deactivate or Delete a User:

Access User Management:
- Navigate to the Admin section.
- Under the User Management heading, locate the user you wish to deactivate.

Deactivate the User:
- Click on the three vertical dots next to the user’s name.
- Select Deactivate from the dropdown menu.

Handling Automations (if applicable):
- If the user is associated with any automations, a prompt will display the names of the automations they are linked to.
- Reassign an agent to take over their role within these automations.
- Click the Replace button to confirm the reassignment.

Delete the User (Optional):
- Once all automations have been reassigned, you can proceed to delete the user if necessary.
