- tap on List to view listings as a list instead of a map.
- tap on For Rent to view properties that are currently for rent
- tap on +Add Watchlist to add properties from a relevant watchlist that you have created.
Use the Presentation Mode if you wish to take your prospective client through the report in person.
Note: This requires an internet connection to work. If you wish to present your report without relying on an active internet connection, use the Save for Offline option.
To present your report, tap on Presentation Mode and rotate your device to landscape mode.

Tap on a property's location pin or the icons on the value bar at the bottom of the screen to view more details about a specific property.

On the Valuations page you will see suburb statistics and Cotality's Valuation Estimate for the target property.

If you do not wish to include the Cotality Valuation Estimate in your presentation, tap on Presentation Mode Settings and use the toggle to hide it.

You may tap on the appraisal value and enter a revised figure or price range.
