The Valuation Estimate and Rental Estimate of a property can be found on the property detail screen.
After searching for a property, scroll down and toggle between Valuation Estimate and Rental Estimate.
Tap on the Valuation Estimate graph to view the property's estimated value at a point in time. You will be able to see the Valuation Estimate History for the past 12 months.
