If you are an administrator of a few offices or accounts, you will be able to view all your linked accounts using just one login. This is provided that you have been granted access to all the accounts by your account holder when the accounts were set up.
Log in on RP Data or the RP Data Account Portal. Once you are logged in, you will be able to see all the accounts that you have access to. Click on the account you wish to manage.

Once you have selected the account, you may edit and update the information associated with that account. Learn more about managing your account in RP Data and the RP Data Account Portal.
Switching accounts after logging in
RP Data
To switch accounts after you have logged in, click on the account selection drop down menu at the top of the page and select the account you wish to manage next. Please note that you need to switch back to the old design of RP Data to do this.

RP Data Account Portal
To switch accounts after you have logged in, click on the back button on your web browser to go back to the account selection page. Alternatively, you may log out and log in again.
Common problems when managing multiple accounts
You’re unable to view one of the accounts
If you are unable to view an account, one or more of the following reasons may apply to you:
- your access has been removed by your account administrator
- you have not been given access to the account you wish to manage
- an error has occurred in our database

You’re unable to view details of the selected account
If you have selected an account and the account details are not loading, please follow this steps:
- Refresh your browser. Read this article to learn how to do this.
- Log out and log in again.
- Contact your account administrator to check whether you have access to the selected account

You’re unable to switch accounts
If you are unable to switch between accounts, it may be because you only have access to a single account. Please contact your account administrator to check whether you have access to more than one account.
