The process to update your account details is changing.
Traditionally it has been a requirement for an email to be sent from the account holder (or with the account holder CC'd in) to the customer care support team to request any account modifications.
You may now update your account details instantly within the platform. A limited number of options are available at this stage with further enhancements to be made available in the future.
These options are only available to account holders or account administrators. Please approach an existing account administrator if you require access to these functions.
To update your companies details, enter your user profile in the top right hand corner and select My Details from the drop down menu. Once the user panel loads look for the Account Details menu option in the middle of the page and select the pencil edit icon to start making changes.

Each entry on the page provides a tool tip to explain where the information will be used.
You may update your
- Organisations primary contact email (displayed on the header of reports)
- Organisations contact number (displayed on the header of reports)
- Organisations physical address location (displayed on the header of reports)
- Organisations billing address location (displayed on your invoices)
- Email address for the primary contact (your account holder)
- Email address for the contact for payments (where invoices are delivered)

To update an email address or a contact number you just need to make sure it fulfills the standard formatting for these entries. If an invalid entry is made an error prompt will ask you to update it.
The addressing updates uses CoreLogic's address checker to select and allocate official legal addresses.
If you need to enter an alias address or a P.O. Box (for the billing) then please use the Enter address manually link which allows you to enter any address you wish to type.

To update your trading name or to modify the primary contact (account holder) or payments contact from one person to another requires an email to be sent to customercare@corelogic.com.au from the account holder or with the account holder CC'd on the request.
