The payments and invoices tab displays the details of the current direct debit arrangements your account has with CoreLogic. You will also be able to download invoices from the last 15 months.
Managing your payment details
If you have a credit card or debit card on file you will see:
- Payment Method: Card provider and card type (Visa/Mastercard/Amex - Credit/Debit)
- Card Number: First 4 and last 2 digits of the card
- Account Name: Name on the credit/debit card
- Card Expiry Date: Month/year
If you have a direct debit via bank account on file you will see:
- Payment Method: Direct Debit - Bank
- BSB - Account: BSB number, along with the first 2 digits of the bank account number
- Account Name: The name which was provided and recorded in the original direct debit form

Updating your credit card
You may update a credit card or convert your payment method from direct debit to a credit card within the account portal:
Existing Credit card: Click on the Add New Credit Card button to start the secure payment form process.
Existing Bank Direct debit: Click on the Change to Credit Card button to start the secure payment form process.
You are required to select the card provider and card type from the drop down menu.
The applicable surcharge processing fees are displayed next to the card selections.
Please note the details about the pre-authorisation charge which will be issued against the card and returned within 7 days. This is necessary to confirm that we have received a valid card.
Select your card and click Next to enter your card details.

To enter your credit card details, you will need to supply:
- The Card Number
- The Cardholder Name
- The Expiry Date on the card
- The Security Code (CVC)
Click Verify card to complete the process.

Manage your Invoices
The 5 most recent invoices are displayed. Click on the Show More link at the bottom of the panel to view a larger list of available invoices. You will be able to download invoices from the last 15 months.
The panel displays the date the invoice was generated, the corresponding invoice number, and a download button to obtain a PDF copy of the invoice.

If you require an invoice older than 15 months you may use the CoreLogic online billing portal.
