Accessing RP Proposals
Log into RP Data.
If your package includes access to RP Proposals, you will be able to access RP Proposals from the left hand navigation menu.

Navigating RP Proposals
Upon first login you will find
- A menu icon that collapses the left side bar menu. View more of your proposal details.
- Your Account Details and Agent Details displayed in the top right hand corner of the page. You will update your agent information as you create your first proposal.
- Menu options to view Current Proposals or to Create a Proposal. The default view is to create a new proposal.

Creating Your Proposal
- Choose the Proposal Type you wish to create. We offer Sales proposals, Property management proposals and Pre-Listing Kit's.
- Search for the Property Address. Select the address from the predictive text suggestions. The google map displayed below will focus and drop a pin on the selected property location.
- Your Agent details are automatically applied, add a second managing agent to your proposal
- Enter your Vendor Details into the First Name and Last Name fields. Select a matching name from the predictive text suggestion, if there is no match suggested in the drop down field, click the Add Vendor button to add the new vendor name.
- To remove an agent or vendor name click the X next to the name.
- Click Next to move onto configuring the layout of your proposal template.

Continue to the Pre-Listing Kit Proposal template configuration page to configure your proposal.
Viewing your Proposals.
After Creating your first proposal the home page will change to display a Dashboard of your proposals.
- Search for a proposal by vendor or agent name.
- Track the Volume of your Published, Drafted or Accepted proposals.
- Filter and Sort your proposals by proposal status or publication date
- View the current status of a proposal
- Track how many times the proposal has been viewed and what they clicked on.
- Edit a previously created proposal
- Duplicate an existing proposal layout.
- Quickly access the Link to the customers published proposal.

The duplicate button makes it easier and faster to create a new proposal.
This feature allows you to re-deploy the configuration and content from a previously created proposal.
Pressing the duplicate button brings up the create proposal screen, search for and allocate the new address details, add your agent and vendor names and click next to create the new proposal.
When the new proposal generates it replicates a majority of the details from the original proposal.
Some areas of the proposal may still require some minor configuration.
Tip: Create a proposal of each type against an address you know, with the intention of only using that address as your duplication templates. Structure everything as you require and use the duplicate button every time you wish to create a new proposal.
Click the Activity button to display more analytics about how your proposal has been viewed. Use this data to identify areas of the proposal that may need improvement or further attention to detail.
- View a Heatmap of the clients usage of the proposal, see where they have moved their mouse and clicked, where they have scrolled the page or had areas of attention grabbing focus.
- The location and IP address of the user.
- The Grenwich Mean time (GMT) the proposal was viewed.
- The browser type (chrome), PC Type (Windows) and screen resolution. (2k)
- A session replay, watch how the client has browsed through your proposal.

The heatmap provides an overall view of the actions taken by the client whilst perusing the proposal.
- The total number of views and clicks. Options to modify the opacity and intensity of the overlays.
- Choose one of the available data points to overlay.
- Look at device specific data if the proposal was viewed on a tablet or mobile device.
- Modify the time period of the views available to the heatmap.
The below example image shows that the navigation menu was heavily clicked on to navigate through the proposal.

The session replay allows you to view a clients exact behaviour whilst browsing your proposal.
You will see their mouse movements, when they scroll the page, when they click an item or just click on the page in general. (highlighted below)
Hovering over the playback options at the top of the page provides further navigational overlays.
On the left you will find options to switch between mouse clicks, mouse movement and other form interaction. On the right you will find more nuanced playback options.
